Cocoa Ricotta Snack

Good for all three phases of South Beach.

1/2 C part-skim ricotta cheese
1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 package sugar substitute

Mix everything together and serve chilled.
